Lady Tigers start 2-0 with win at Lindale

The Mount Pleasant Lady Tigers hit the road Saturday to take on Lindale, looking for win number two in as many games. The Lady Tigers picked up their second win of the season with a 61-43 win over the Lady Eagles. Jordyn Hargrave led Mount Pleasant with 22 points.

Hawks overcome Bulldogs with big 4th quarter

The CHAAMP Hawks Varsity Men’s basketball squad traveled across town to the outskirts of Mt. Pleasant to play the Harts Bluff Bulldogs on Saturday. The Hawks led for much of the game, leading 11-8 after the first quarter and 30-20 at the half.

Second half run pushes Lady Tigers past Lady Devils in season opener

Basketball season started Tuesday in Titus County with a matchup of two of the area’s most consistent programs at the Willie Williams Gymnasium as Chapel Hill traveled across the county to take on Mount Pleasant in both teams’ season openers.

MPHS Golf wraps up Fall season with 2nd place finish

With winter weather around the corner, the fall golf season is quickly coming to a close. The Tiger and Lady Tiger golf teams finished their season on Tuesday as the Tigers brought home the silver medal in the Longview tournament held at the Tempest Golf Course.
