At about 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on August 2, the lives of the Rangel family from Chapel Hill was changed in a “jaw-dropping” experience. In swerving to miss an 18 wheeler, Mrs. Rangel, driving the family’s Chevrolet suburban at about 55 miles per hour, crashed heavily into a light pole.

Texas A&M—Commerce offers scholarships to MPISD teachers
