Early voting began Tuesday for the primary election, and will end March 1. The ballot includes spots on federal, state and local levels. Early voters can stop by the Titus County Elections Office at 110 S. Madison Ave, Suite C. Election Day is March 5. FILE PHOTO

The Tiger Varsity golf team competed Wednesday, Feb. 14 in the Sabine Invitational at Tempest Golf Club in Gladewater, bringing home third place as a team. Sophomore, Jacob Baker, was the tournament champion, earning first place with a score of 69. Sophomore Brandon Carter shot an 81, with seniors Braiden Merryman and Owen Green shooting an 85 and 88 respectively. And sophomore Alessandro Greco rounded out scoring with a 104. MPHS golf is coached by Benny Blaser.
