Wallace Middle School places 2nd in Robotics competition

Sixteen MPISD robotics teams representing E.C. Brice, Frances Corprew, Vivian Fowler, P.E. Wallace, and Mount Pleasant Junior High competed in the Texas Youth Robotics Alliance competition on Thursday, February 15 at Clarksville High School.

City council approves new park

A new park is coming to town. At the Feb. 6 city council meeting, Kent Basinger, representing Mount Pleasant Lions Club, presented the plan to put in a new park. Basinger told the council that the Lions had identified a piece of property in front of Chick-Fil-A.
