Everyone invited for the November Farmer’s Market in downtown Mount Pleasant

This Saturday, November 9, head to downtown Mount Pleasant for the monthly Farmer’s Market on the Square.From 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., food trucks will be downtown and you can let your inner shopaholic roam free. The Mount Pleasant Texas Main Street will also host a free concert.

They say everything is bigger in Texas. And one such big Texas tradition is Homecoming and big Homecoming mums. In 2023, the MPHS Advanced Floral Design class, with help from other ag classes, took big Homecoming mums to the extreme with their idea to build a giant mum.
