Four MPISD robotics teams representing P.E. Wallace Middle School competed in the VEX IQ Middle School tournament on Wednesday, November 20 at the Region 8 Education Service Center. The competition featured 48 teams of middle school students from the surrounding area.

On Monday, November 11, the nation observed Veterans Day. In Mount Pleasant, Chapel Hill ISD held a special event for veterans.Students and staff of Chapel Hill served a chicken spaghetti lunch to veterans and their families. Music was provided by musically-talented band students and the choir.
