MPHS golf plays at Sulphur Springs Country Club

The Mount Pleasant High School golf teams continued their fall seasons in Sulphur Springs this week with the Lady Tigers playing on Monday, October 23 and the Tigers on Tuesday, October 24, both at the Sulphur Springs Country Club.

NTCC Baseball team lends a hand at Harts Bluff

Kaylee Tompkins and the Chapel Hill Lady Devils currently stand in third place in district play, a half-game behind Mineola for second. Chapel Hill traveled to Mount Vernon Tuesday and will host Winona Friday.

Tigers hold off Dragons, take on Whitehouse for Homecoming

Mount Pleasant athletics leans on the motto, “We are one.” Friday marked one spectacular effort on the road against a game Nacogdoches squad as the Tigers banded together to pick up their second district win, 27-22, over the Dragons.
