The Mount Pleasant Tigers welcomed Hallsville to town Friday, but a rough second inning led to a tough finish as the Bobcats picked up a 13-3 win over the Tigers.
Hallsville scored five runs in the second inning to extend their lead to 7-1 and closed the game with four runs in the fifth inning. Bobcat pitchers held the Tigers to four hits.
