The Mount Pleasant swim team not only succeeds in the water but also in the classroom as they had three of their swimmers make the Academic All-State team for the 2021-2022 season. To qualify, student athletes must maintain at least 3.75 GPA as a junior or senior. Gaining recognition was senior Hugo Bernardi and juniors Jack Welborn and Reese Ball.
