The “Battle of 271” between Rivercrest and Prairiland is usually a competitive affair, regardless of the sport, that comes down to the wire. Tuesday’s girls’ basketball version was no different. The Lady Patriots led by double digits in the third quarter before the Lady Rebels battled their way back in the final frame, but Prairiland would hold on for the 59-54 win over the Lady Rebels. …
