The UIL cross-country season concluded over the weekend at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock with five area runners – Alexa Arzate and Jose Garcia of Harts Bluff, Lucas Thomas of Chapel Hill and Geovanni Calderon and Lee Davis of Mount Pleasant – running for state titles at the annual UIL state cross-country meet.
