Sometimes, life gets hard. It seems like everything is stacked against you and you can’t seem to make any sort of head way. For every one step forward, you seem to take no less than five steps backwards. This is where I am right now.

Vision

Too many of us continually meditate, excessively contemplate, and inordinately think about our troubles. We think about them until we have ulcers, cannot sleep; we can become paralyzed by them to the point of exhaustion and made sick by the constant worry. We come to be hard to get along with.
