Annie Bell Wyant, 92, passed away November 10, 2021. She was born on February 16, 1929 in Rosebud, Arkansas to Sarah and Frank Smith and resided in Mount Pleasant Texas.
She attended East Side Baptist church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James S Wyant; sisters, Chroketta Odetha and Anna Lou Morton; brothers, Thomas Franklin Smith, Loyd Dee, Hassel Smith and Floyd Smith.
She is survived by her sister, Margaret, her son Ricky and daughter Linda. She had 5 grand kids and a host of great and great great-grandkids.
She lived at Pleasant Springs nursing home for nearly 6 years. She dearly loved her family and her Lord. She was an avid gardener, loved to crochet, made doilies and afghans and baby blankets aplenty. She also made beautiful ceramics and enjoyed working in her coloring books and crosswords. She was an essential part of her family and will be dearly missed.
A visitation was held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant. A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Nevills Chapel Cemetery.
