Lenolia “Lent” Minter

Funeral Service for Lenolia “Lent” Minter, 86, a resident of Dallas, will be 11:00 A.M Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Greater Bibleway Baptist Church, Mt.Pleasant. Burial in Piney Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, under the direction of Tumey Mortuary. She died, Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

She was born February 1, 1937 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Crawford and Annie Mae Minter. She attended BookerT.WashingtonSchools,Mt.Pleasant. Lenolia was a member of the Harding Street Baptist Church, Dallas. She worked many years as a CNA for Theall Nursing Home and retired from Marriott Hotels, Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Leonard Minter; three great grandchildren; two brothers, four sisters.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law Daniel Wayne and Wanda Minter of Mt. Pleasant, Eric Warren of Dallas; three daughters Tamara Minter, Trudie Minter, Bertha Minter all of Dallas; 15 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; three brothers two sisters-in-law Gerald Minter, Lewis Dean and Carolyn Minter, Valton and Bridget Minter all of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
