Funeral Service for Harold Dean Lewis, 85, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, will be 11:00 A.M Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Williams Chapel Baptist Church, with Rev. Arlander Buford, officiating. Burial in Spring Hill Cemetery, Omaha, under the direction of Tumey Mortuary. He died, September 18, 2025.
He was born in Omaha, Texas on April 11, 1940, to A.B. and Ora (Roney) Lewis. He was a graduate of Carver High School and attended Jarvis Christian College. He was a US Airforce veteran. He retired from US Steel Co. He was a member of Williams Chapel Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Harold Lewis Jr.; one sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife Shelia (Webster) Lewis, sons Zameon Lewis, Sadreon Hurndon and Marcel Sherman; daughter Angie Sheffield; 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; one sister Ethel Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
