Freda Rainey

Freda Rainey, 89, passed away on December 2, 2023 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She was born on April 9, 1934 to Alvis Edward Daniels and Ada Jewel Wilbanks Daniels in Titus County, Texas.

She was a member of the Argo Missionary Baptist Church in Argo, Texas.

She is survived by her daughter Quilla & son-in-law, Mark Lewis of Leesburg, Texas; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Fulce of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; numerous nieces & nephews.

Freda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Grady Rainey; brother, Bo & Nell Daniels.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bates-Cooper- Sloan Funeral Home. A service will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with a burial to follow at Coopers Chapel.
