Funeral Service for Flora Moore, 84, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, will be 1:00 P.M Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Sheppard Street Church of Christ, with Bro. Tyrone Talbert, officiating. Burial in Sheppard Street Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, under the direction of Tumey Mortuary. She died, November 10, 2022.
Flora was born in Daingerfield on October 12, 1938 to Wade and Nollie Howard.
She was a member of Sheppard Street Church of Christ. Before retiring she worked for MPISD as a cook.
Preceded in death by her husband Corinthis Moore Sr.; parents, grandson Victor Justice Jr., siblings Gloria Finley, Winnie Davis, Marvin Dudley, Donnie Bryson, B.J. Howard.
She leaves her children Lena Carroll of Dallas, Bobby Earl (Anetha) Wilson of Mt. Pleasant, Corinthis Moore Jr. of Pittsburg, Sherry (Joey) Luster of Mt. Pleasant, Garry (Anita) Moore of Mesa, AZ, Frederick (Melissa) Moore of Mt. Pleasant; 11 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters Betty Green, Letha Harvey; special friends Dr. Garry and Dorothy Taylor of Mt. Pleasant; and a host of other relatives and friends.
