Zachary Taylor Holt was arrested earlier this week in Collin County on Titus County warrants for theft of property greater than or equal to $30,000 and less than $150,000, which is a third degree felony.
The Mount Pleasant Tribune previously reported in July that Titus County Sheriff ’s Office had been seeking information about Holt, who was considered a fugitive at that time.
