NTCC’s Eagle flies high at Texas Intercollegiate Press Association convention

    The staff of NTCC’s student newspaper, The Eagle, attended the 2023 Texas Intercollegiate Press Association convention last week and won a total of 23 awards, including a first place best of show award.
