The MPHS incredible Goin’ Gold Band returned home Wednesday after taking 2nd place at the U.S. Bands AT&T Classic in Arlington Tuesday night. On their return, the MPISD police provided a police escort for them from the interstate back to the high school, where a large crowd gathered to celebrate their triumphant return. The MPHS Cheerleaders, Tiger Dolls, and Tiger football teams welcomed the Goin’ Gold Band home! All three groups were proud to cheer for the ones who play and cheer for them every week.
