Harts Bluff ISD police chief dedicated to serve and protect

    In the Spring, the Harts Bluff ISD Board of Trustees voted to create a district police department. Over the summer all state and federal paperwork was completed to establish the Harts Bluff Police Department.

    With the formation of the new department came seasoned leadership in the person of now Harts Bluff ISD Police Chief Tracy Elliott.
