Top dog: Johns named athletic director at Harts Bluff

    Despite growing up in Leesburg and attending Pittsburg ISD, Harland Johns admitted that when he was younger, he hadn’t heard of Harts Bluff. “With them being solely a junior high and a smaller school, we never played them at Pittsburg, so it took me a while to know it was around,” he said.
