The Republican primary run-off election has come to an end and a new County Judge and County Clerk have been elected.
Kent Cooper, owner and partner at Bates Cooper Sloan Funeral Home, has been elected the next Titus County Judge with a total of 1,616 votes over opponent attorney Lori Chism, who brought in 1,233 votes.
