Stacy and Thomas Ratliff of Mount Pleasant are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Elisabeth, to Mark Douglas Colson, son of Betty and Howard Colson.
Sara is a 2014 graduate of Chapel Hill High School. In 2017, Sara received her bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in communications from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
