Texas Game Wardens stationed in Titus and Camp counties were dispatched to a drowning on Lake Bob Sandlin Sept. 6.
The victim is 44-year-old Isaac Garland, III, of Gladewater. He was swimming with friends and family when the drowning occurred.
It was reported in the afternoon of Sept. 7 that a recovery was made.
