Frances Dean Stewart, age 93, of Mount Pleasant, Texas passed away at her home surrounded by her loved ones on August 26, 2025.
Frances Dean Stewart was born in Marietta, Oklahoma to Robert J. Tooley and Lessie (Brewer) Tooley.
Frances married the love of her life, James M. Stewart, on December 23, 1950 in Texas.
Frances is survived by her daughters; Cathy Brooks of Omaha, TX, Becky Prater and husband, Johnny of Mt. Pleasant, TX, and Patricia Hardy and husband, Jim of Van, TX, her siblings; Sharon Logsdon and husband, Harvey, Janet Cope, Mike Hanlon and wife, Renna, her grandchildren: Cristal Evans, Jennifer Jackson, Lynn Prater and wife, Cheryl, Debra VanAntwerp and husband, Robbie, Jared Prater and wife, Emily, Mike Craft and wife, Amie, Michelle Hall and husband, John, Meagan Ireton and husband, Andrew, Marilyn Harris and husband, Hale, Matthew Craft, and Matthew Polk-Hardy, her 19 great- grandchildren, her great-great grandchildren: Jay Nipp and Lyra Craft. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lessie Tooley, her step-mother, Hazel Tooley, her infant daughter and son, and her beloved husband, James Stewart.
