On Wednesday, April 9, the Mount Pleasant Police Department’s Narcotics Division arrested 48-year-old Quasy Tyrone Fountain for Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance.
At the time of the arrest,Fountain was found with over a half pound of methamphetamine and also had a Parole Violation Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Dangerous Drug.
