Unified Transportation Program (UTP) – virtual public hearing

Location: Statewide Date: 07/25/23 Purpose: TxDOT’s 10-year plan, the Unified Transportation Program (UTP), guides the development of projects around Texas. TxDOT works with its transportation partners to identify projects for annual UTP updates. Public comments and feedback are very important in developing the plan. New reporting system helps combat illegal dumping and keep communities clean

The East Texas Council of Governments is proud to announce the launch of a new reporting system designed to combat illegal dumping and keep East Texas clean. The system, called RID – Report Illegal Dumping, is a simple and convenient way for residents to report instances of illegal dumping in their neighborhoods and communities.
