Local firefighters receive medals during Mount Pleasant council meeting

On Tuesday, August 19, four firefighters from the Mount Pleasant Fire Department received medals for their life-saving actions during an incident on March 28, earlier this year.Fire Chief Larry McRae presented the firefighters with the awards.
