The Mount Pleasant Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a female suspect who used fake identification at Pilgrims Bank.According to MPPD, on September 10, a black female went into Pilgrims Bank and cashed a fraudulent $4,000 check from a local business.

Cleanup is underway after a vehicle crashed into the Mount Pleasant Health and Human Services building on September 20, around 5 p.m.According to the Mount Pleasant Police Department, they had to force entry into the vehicle in order to help the driver, who was the only occupant.
