Comptroller releases broadband plan

State Comptroller Glenn Hegar last week released his agency’s plan to support the expansion of broadband internet access to areas with limited or no access. Hegar and his agency’s Broadband Development Office received feedback through a series of town halls, virtual discussions and more than 16,000 responses to a survey.

Dr. Marc Kimball retires after 30-year career in pediatric care

TRMC EMS cautions parents to teach ATV safety

Titus Regional EMS has now released up-to-date statistics on ATV/UTV accidents in Titus County occurring this year, and parents are being urged to practice safety measures going forward. According to Titus Regional EMS, 64% of ATV/ UTV accidents this year have caused significant injury to those involved, including bone fractures, internal organ injuries, head injuries, and more.
