    NTCC celebrated the retirement of two beloved faculty members on Thursday. Dr. Paula Wilhite was a professor of mathematics and Mr. Jim Swann was a professor of Spanish. Wilhite has taught at NTCC since the college opened in 1985. Swann came shortly after her in 1988. Dr. Ron Clinton, NTCC President, gave remarks and presented both retirees with a gift. S...
