A number of concerned citizens met Wednesday morning at the Region 8 Education Service Center during the Region D Water Planning Meeting to voice their dissent against the construction of the Marvin Nichols Reservoir.
The meeting provided two opportunities for public comment: once at the beginning and once at the end of the meeting.
