29-year-old Christopher Wayne Davis II of Mount Pleasant was arrested in Longview after a traffic stop.
Davis, who was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list Nov. 29, had been wanted since May of this year when a warrant was issued for violation of parole.
