On Jan. 2, a Titus County Sheriff’s Office deputy observed a person known to him as Crystal Perkins traveling southbound in a vehicle on North Jefferson Avenue.
The deputy had knowledge Perkins was wanted for the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance, and a traffic stop was initiated on Perkins’s vehicle to take her into custody for the outstanding arrest warrant.
