A Titus County man has died following a hit-and-run accident that occurred Dec. 29, leading to an investigation.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is currently seeking information on the accident.
According to reports, 30-year-old Raymond C. Haley II of Mount Pleasant was northbound on Highway 271 near Midway.
