Harts Bluff ISD has a new reason to show their Bulldog Pride; Shelley Bloomer, a seventh-grade English teacher at the district, was just named Region 8’s Secondary Teacher of the Year. Bloomer has been a part of the Bulldog faculty since 2015, and she says that if she could have any job, the one she has is the dream.
