Local resource center Rhute Haven announced this week that they will be providing free cold water for those in need to combat the excessive heat that comes with summertime in Texas. The current heatwave is expected to not only continue for the next several months, but forecasters are predicting a hotter than normal summer, with triple digit temperatures and heat indexes.
