City, community offering relief
Thursday night’s severe thunderstorm included damaging, high-speed winds and heavy rainfall, causing downed trees and power lines and left area homes and businesses without power for days. Governor Greg Abbott has amended the severe weather disaster declaration to include Titus County as of Monday, and linemen have been hard at work to restore power.
