On Sunday evening, Titus County Sheriff ’s Office received an anonymous tip that dogs had been left at a local residence and that no one had been home in some time. Upon visiting the residence, located on County Road 1243, TCSO officers discovered how dire the situation was and called in the city’s animal services department for help.
