Texas saltwater anglers should make note of a more restrictive bag limit on spotted sea trout that will be implemented in coming weeks following approval by the TPW Commission during its January 25 meeting in Austin.
The limit includes a reduction in the daily bag limit from five fish to three, a change in the slot limit from 15-25 inch to 15-20 inches and an increased length limit on big trout…
