LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA (AUGUST 4, 2021) --- Robert Pabinquit, of Mount Pleasant, Texas, has been awarded the Achieving Your Dreams Scholarship at Northcentral University. This award supports his pursuit of a Ph.D. in education at NCU.
