On June 16, Titus County Sheriff ’s Office received an anonymous tip that dogs had been left at a local residence and that no one had been home in some time. The owner of the property had left 35 animals, including 31 dogs, at the house with no access to food or water. Some dogs were locked up in the house on the property, some were kept in outdoor kennels, and some were left in a travel trailer…
