    Harts Bluff is in the process of constructing a new Early College High School while making history along the way. Freshman Bianca Aguillon placed 5th in the National Technology Student Association (TSA) Architectural Design Competition for her proposed Architectural and Construction Systems Design that followed COVID-19 guidelines. Prior to placing 5th at Nationals, Aguillon placed 3rd in State. Sā€¦
