On Saturday, June 18th, Cypress Basin Hospice partnered up with Lions Head CrossFit for our first annual Fundraising with Fitness community wide fitness event presented by Los Pinos Ranch Vineyard. 14 athletes competed in 6 workouts to find out who was the fittest female, male, and youth participant.
