Franks installed as District Governor of Rotary

Carolyn Franks was officially installed as the 2022-2023 District Governor of Rotary International District 5830 on June 24 during a ceremony held at the Whatley Center at NTCC. Because the Rotary year ends on June 30, Franks will actually begin her duties on July 1. Some of these duties will include traveling to the 41 different Rotary Clubs in the district, and leading Rotary into the new year…
