The Northeast Texas Community College Board of Trustees met for its June meeting on Tuesday, July 11 after the regularly- scheduled June meeting did not achieve a quorum.
Titus County Judge Kent Cooper was in attendance to swear in Russell East to the board.
East was appointed to Place 4 on the board in May after the resignation of Sid Greer.
