Rivercrest ISD Veteran’s Day Celebration
Rivercrest ISD will host a Veteran’s Day celebration beginning at 10:00 A.M. in the high school gymnasium on Friday, November 11, 2022.
Everyone is invited to share in this tribute to the men and women who have served our great country.
We would be honored for all veterans of our armed services to attend the celebration. If you are a veteran planning to attend, we would like for you to report to the high school library by 9:45.

Don Truex, from Temple Terrace, FL will be the speaker in the fall Gospel Meeting (November 6th through 9th) at the Southside Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant, TX, 1220 E. Ferguson Rd. He will be preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ which is God’s power to save. Don has been with us in previous meetings, and has always done faithful and interesting teaching of God’s word. We are looking forward to having him with us again.

Tennison Methodist 175th Anniversary Luncheon
You are invited to join the celebration of service of Tennison Memorial United Methodist Church on Sunday November 20. The 10:00 am Sunday service in the Sanctuary will be followed by a luncheon in the Tennison Activity Center.
Special guests for the day are Bishop Scott Jones and District Superintendent Karen Jones. Guests and current and former members are welcome to attend the complimentary luncheon, but reservations are requested by contacting the church office at 903 572-5341 by November 7.
