The Child Development Center in Mt. Pleasant is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year.
The CDC serves children 0-5 years old in high quality preschool classrooms, as well as pregnant mothers.
Please stop by the Child Development Center at 1602 West Ferguson Road to pick up an application and make an appointment.
Applications may also be printed at www.mpisd.net/ cdc/. The CDC servesTitus County children from 6:30 am-5:30 am Monday-Friday.

Titus County Gospel Singing Convention
Titus County Gospel Singing Convention will be held at Grace Temple Baptist Church, 806 West 4th Street, Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455 on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Potluck lunch at noon. For more information, contact Arnold or Maudine Ellington at 903-572-4226.
Caddo Trace Beekeepers Meeting Caddo Trace Beekeepers Association will have its regular monthly meeting, Monday, September 12, 2022 in the Agri-Life Building at 1708 Industrial Road in Mt. Pleasant. Jesse Wright will have his question/answer session starting at 6:30 pm and the meeting will start at 7:00 pm. Our September speaker will be Shirley Dickerson, Chief Appraiser of Titus County Appraisal District. She will be discussing tax exemptions on bee colonies along with other property exemptions. The public is invited to attend.
FFA Fish Camp and Parent Meeting
Please join us on Thursday, September 1st at 6 pm in the ag building for our FFA Fish Camp and Parent meeting. This is an opportunity for our first year students to learn about all of the opportunities available to them and for parents to learn about all of the things they need to do to set their child up for success over the next few years.
