It was a festive atmosphere at Oaklawn Park Thursday – and not only because it was St. Patrick’s Day.
While there was a lot of green in the audience, the assembled crowd was there to celebrate the future as the CIty of Mount Pleasant and Pilgrim’s broke ground on the Pilgrim’s Community Center.
